(11 votes - 4 comments - 307 views)
Not sure how the music fits.

From Y/T:
Today we are going to make Bulgogi.

You will need:
1-2 lbs. of sliced beef (differs between serving sizes)
1 whole garlic
1 whole onion
1/4 cup of sesame oil
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of sesame seeds
1/2 cup of brown sugar
about 10 pieces of green onions
1/4 cup of honey
(You can also add some various fruits and vegetables including: carrots, apples, pears, etc.)

Directions: Cut the meat into VERY thin slices. If they come out really long strips then you can cut them into half or maybe even thirds. Mix all ingriedients together in a bowl, then add the meat in. Let the meat marinate in the fridge for a few hours to overnight. It just depends on how much meat there is and how much taste you want it to have. About 5-10 mins before you take out the meat, turn your skillet on HIGH! Once the meat is done marinating, take it out and add salt and pepper. Mix well again. Place meat in pan remembering that it is very thin. (Hopefully!) Flip the meat every so often to make sure that it doesn't burn. Once done serve on a beautiful plate.
