Oh, it doesn't exist anymore. You used to be able to drop that invocation, and it went into a pool for "the best" videos for the year. I'm not sure it even got off the ground. I still use it because I can search Comments>schmawy>*nominate and find stuff I really really liked. Sort of like a super duper bookmark.
